Opportunities
Join our community of passionate volunteers and help share Hawai‘i’s history, arts, and culture while gaining valuable skills.
Who Can Volunteer:
We welcome volunteers ages 15 and up who can commit to at least 3 months of part-time service. Parents of children in 4th grade and above are encouraged to volunteer with their kids.
Current Volunteer Positions:
Assistant Docents – Help guide visitors through Storybook’s Heritage Media Center, which includes four cultural exhibit areas and a children’s activity space.
Multimedia Interns – Join the production team in Storybook’s media studio to create and broadcast video content.
Workday Helpers – Assist with maintenance and projects in the International Peace Garden and at the Kōkeʻe Community Arts Camp.
