Russell Da Rooster’s March Chicken Pic Contest

You see them from mauka to makai and even in our shopping malls. Kaua`i is home for the wild chickens. So, we at the Storybook Theatre of Hawaii home of Russell Da Rooster will be having a monthly contest for the best wild chicken picture you can capture. Pictures will be judged for their clarity and artistic merit.

How To Enter: Post your best picture of a wild chicken to Russell Rooster’s FB page. 

Rules: Must be our friend on Facebook. *(If not, no problem just add us) Must include this #rrchixpixcontest Must be a picture taken by you of a chicken on Kaua`i. No Photo Shot Pictures

Russell Da Rooster Show #80 – Literacy Rules

Lets jump into story time! Author Carol Peacock Willams reads her 7th book called “Beach Fun”. Also with help from her assistant a Prop Master Laurel Patterson McGraw, Carol and Laurel tells us a little about some of the other books Carol has written and the helpers who help tell different stories. Marine Eco Tour 2018 – Maui


Cap’n Mark Just returned from our Marine Eco Tour on Maui. He visited just over 30 school in 2 weeks and here are a few pictures of the new friends that were made.

Storybook Theatre is asking our friends to consider donating a late model truck or SUV! Your donation would be helping a small not for profit business that serves the young people on Kauai. Also the donator will receive a tax exemption for their gift.  We will be using your gift vehicle to haul rubbish, props and supplies for the theatre.
